Key Responsibilities :
- Actively engage with customers to promote and sell our range of Digital products first & then Jewelry.
- Provide knowledgeable and personalized service to customers, helping them choose the right products to meet their needs.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of digital products and how they integrate with their needs.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product lines, including the latest trends and technological advancements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and by building strong customer relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the jewelry and/or digital technology sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of fine jewelry industry
- Familiarity with digital products
