Orion Express Logistics - Executive - Sales (1-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Identify and target potential customers to expand the client base.
- Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to introduce our subscription plans and services.
- Work towards monthly sales targets by closing deals and onboarding new customers.
- Educate potential clients on the benefits and features of our subscription plans, tailoring presentations to their specific needs and industries.
- Handle all aspects of customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive customer experience.
- Maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and facilitate renewal of subscription plans.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and approaches based on market feedback and trends.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to report on progress towards sales targets and strategize on pipeline development.
