ORI - Executive - Marketing - Conversational & Social Media (2-3 yrs)
Marketing Executive : Conversational & Social Media
Job Profile :
- As a Marketing Executive: Conversational & Social Media, you'll influence the direction of our organic traffic and the business at large by informing communication strategy.
- You will also assist in creating other marketing collaterals across long form and short form content such as Newsletters, whitepapers, blogs, case studies etc.
- You will play the role of a - generalist- in this team, and wear many hats while strategically optimizing our marketing and conversational design across multiple channels.
Typical work week looks like :
Social Media :
- Strategize content that can help Ori have a wider outreach on a month-on-month basis, with the team. Create organic campaigns for all our buckets - events, webinars, services, and products.
- Analyze the performance/impact of the campaigns and content to tweak the strategy.
- Conceptualize creatives.
- Gather the specifications of our product and of our deployments to turn it into marketable content pieces such as white papers and case studies or feature descriptions.
- Write well-crafted articles, case studies, and white papers (technical/non-technical, business) by using the best yet unique content practices & trends.(With the help of a team of writers).
- Respond as Ori to new trending topics, hashtags, and responses from people online.
- Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our overall content.
As Conversational Content :
- Create content for bot that is consistent and recognizable as a character that comes to life
- Collaborate with developers, product and design teams and design engaging conversations accordingly
- Review the conversation our Chatbot had with their users on a weekly basis and suggest improvements
- Have a deep understanding of our Chatbot processes/business partners and how our bots add value to the application/service
Professional Competencies :
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems
- Ability to be comfortable researching and writing about unfamiliar topics and target markets
- Understanding of SEO and keyword optimization
- Solid understanding of current creative media, mediums and trends
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
- Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
Our ideal candidate should have :
- Experience of 2-3 years working as a Social media executive /Campaign Analyst and writer.
- Hands-on experience with social media management, campaign management tools & software.
- Has the ability to research meticulously and write on informative/technical topics - long-form and short-form content.
- Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process & social bookmarking
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse skill sets.
- Any experience in writing for western markets would be an add-on.
