Orgtree - Telesales Role (0-1 yrs)
- Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
- Fluent in English, Hindi & Kannada.
- Should be able to work with a Team.
- Good at Computers.
- Explain customers regarding products, offers, and benefits
- Promoting the products
- Customer follow-up
- Feedback - mails/phones ( communication channel)
- Brand promotion through telecalls
- Maintain register for the same.
- Prepare a list of calls made to the customers and follow up the same and update the same in the database daily.
- Payments follow up.
- Create new leads for the sales persons.
