Business Development Senior Manager Responsibilities :


Job brief :


- We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Senior Manager to help us expand our clientele globally.


- The prospective person will represent the company and shall have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.


Responsibilities :


- Conduct research to identify new markets and identify prospective client needs.


- Promote the Company's Services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.


- Initiate discussions with prospective clients and explain the business/Services of Oremus.


- Arrange business meetings with the CEO and the Management of the prospective clients.


- Draft client proposals and ensure converting into confirmed client.


- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.


- Prepare Engagement letters/Contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.


- Keep track and record of client pitching, conversions, fees, invoices, contracts etc.,


- Ensuring to take the client feedback and forward to the Operations team for improvement.


- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.


- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.


- Direct reporting to CEO.


Requirements and skills :


- Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager or a relevant role.


- Proven sales track record and target driven.


- Experience in handling global clients is a plus.


- Communication and negotiation skills


- Understanding of financial services is preferred.


- Time management and planning skills


- Proficiency in MS Office


- Proficiency in English


- MBA - Marketing or relevant field.
