Orchids The International School - Manager - B2B Marketing (8-15 yrs)
Manage all the mediums - paid, earned and owned to build continuous lead funnel and content distribution plan aimed at driving acquisition and engagement.
- Responsible for monthly acquisition targets for talent assessment & innovation management software
- Come up with interesting insights to create a pipeline of marketing campaigns
- Build a quarterly roadmap of marketing content.
- Collaborate and work closely with Sales and Product team to ensure marketing objectives are met.
- Strategize and execute offline events
- Plan, monitor, maintain & report monthly marketing budgets
- Ensure all marketing communications are in line with the business & brand guidelines

- Working with the marketing team to provide vision and strategy around all marketing

- Identifying opportunities and managing partnerships with external agencies, influencers, or events teams to drive the brand narrative

- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within our industry
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns

- This is an essential role that will be responsible to inspire a creative lot.
- Establishing a deep insight into target audiences and industries we serve, crafting strategies and impactful messaging to reach this target audience and maximize market share.
- Taking ownership of macro plans, budget allocations, channels, and content.
- Crafting strategies and driving execution to increase qualitative footfalls for a portfolio of trade fairs organized by K12 Techno services.
- Overseeing development and implementation of collaterals, content and aligned services in the areas of marketing, communications, and public relations.
- Ensuring our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
- Bringing in innovative marketing ideas to the table and taking ownership to drive smooth execution.
- Monitoring overall quality of brand messaging and actively evaluate progress and effectiveness of campaigns deployed.
- Identifying the most ideal mix of media channels, media agencies and negotiating the best deals with them.
- Building and managing relations with trade and mainstream media for getting press releases and coverage of the portfolio of events.
- Building and executing the digital marketing plan inclusive of performance marketing, organic and paid marketing.
- Understand K12 Techno Service's portfolio of products, their target candidates and benefits, and how they fit into our candidates employment journey
- Work with stakeholders to set growth, engagement and retention targets for each product and create quarterly marketing plans to meet them
- Leverage data to understand the product conversion and engagement funnel; use data to design marketing campaigns to influence the funnel metrics
- Conceive of marketing campaigns, craft messaging, identify appropriate sequence in the lifecycle to send the message
- Partner with the Product, Marketing, Analytics, Insights, and Data Science teams to connect the right message to the right customer at the right time
- Drive and monitor A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize key performance metrics;
- Analyze findings, present recommendations and scale as necessary
- Development, alignment, and execution of B2B marketing strategy & plans based on local insights that align with Business Unit priorities (includes media).
- Local asset creation, as applicable
