The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to promote our fabric products, drive revenue, and enhance our market position. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and securing new clients in key markets.

2. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.

3. Conduct product presentations to buyers.

4. Create and execute marketing plans to promote our fabric products.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

6. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to foster long-term partnerships.

7. Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

8. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.

9. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

10. Work closely with the product development and production teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and manufacturing capabilities.

11. Manage budgets for marketing initiatives and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.

2. Proven experience (7+ years) in sales and marketing within the fabric manufacturing industry or a related sector.

3. Strong understanding of fabric products, market trends, and customer preferences.

4. Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.

5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
