As an Inside Sales Specialist/ International BD specialist you will turn the promise of technology into results and value for our potential customers and change the way they operate because of the work, knowledge, and capabilities, our Digital Transformation Solutions deliver.
A trusted advisor you'll help us increase revenue from the outbound and inbound channels in India and US, UK, ME and SEA geographies. You will be responsible for following up on leads, focused outbound efforts, closing potential customers/prospects for discovery meetings that, in turn, lead to business opportunities while building new and strengthening existing customer relationships. At the front end of the process, the specialist is responsible for identifying sales leads in their assigned territory then closing the deal or passing the target to the appropriate account team.
We need someone to take on a varied series of tasks to help our sales and marketing teams achieve outstanding results. This role is perfect for a dynamic sales professional early on in their career who's looking to contribute within the growing team. You will report to the Inside Sales / BD Head.

Your Contributions :
- Research and evaluate prospects for inbound/outbound campaigns in India and identified international geographies
- Leverage online platforms such as LinkedIn and other industry collectives to create a sustainable lead pipeline
- Convert leads into opportunities working on campaigns through a variety of channels, including call, email, LinkedIn, Facebook and WhatsApp
- Process and qualify a high volume of inbound leads
- Document the results of leads nurtured in the CRM and identify specific pain points, as well as loss reasons when talking to the decision makers
- Manage and update leads in CRM, ensuring optimal data quality
- Work with clients to understand their needs and business goals, then work to secure their trust and provide them with the appropriate solution set
- Effectively communicate and present our solutions and its value proposition to customers
- Work towards deadlines with a high level of initiative; sort multiple priorities and respond to the needs of a fast-paced work environment.
Your Experience :
- Should have done a similar role (please refer to JD mentioned above) in the past with a Software company, with at least 4+ years- relevant experience in Technology Sales in the specified regions
- Prior Experience with lead generation and technology solution selling
- Experience in India, US, Europe, ME and or APAC markets or a combination is highly desirable
- Prior experience in driving lead generation through online platforms such as LinkedIn, G2 etc. with omni channel experience
- Adept in working on CRM and following CRM hygiene
- Great team player with drive. Willing to take a lead in driving initiatives, working across organizations, and structuring approaches to new opportunities
- Be able to independently develop new prospects in a highly competitive environment.
- Show a proven track record achieving sales lead generation and appointment quotas
- Excellent communication skills; confident and persuasive on the phone whilst talking to customers.
- KPI driven individual who loves working towards and exceeding targets
- Great sales acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Preferably an MBA or an Engineer .
