Oran International - Area Sales Manager - WELLA Professional Division (3-8 yrs)
Position Title : Area Sales Manager
Reporting to : General Manager
Role Scope : The role is a senior leadership role for WELLA Professional Division. The incumbent is responsible for delivering sales targets and build sales organization capability. It reports to the general manager and depending on the organization and business size, appropriate number of sales executives might report to this role.
Major Responsibilities :
- Owns the sales targets for the business
- Owns the relationship with salon customers
- Executing new initiatives and launches
- Resolution of escalated issues and handling objections of customers not resolved by team
- Managing the team of sales executives
- Coach and guide sales executives to build long term capability
- Owns the people systems for sales executives - recruitment, salary planning, rewards, training, attrition management, etc.
Skills :
- Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Multi-function and collaborative approach
- People management experience (minimum 2-3 years)
- Technical skills - base sales fundamentals, business fundamentals
Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an sales manager in a B2B or FMCG business, preferably salon and beauty industry.
Education Qualification :
Minimum bachelor's degree from any recognized University in India. MBA degree preferred.
