Job Purpose
- To drive sales and expand market presence in the Hyderabad area by promoting AEROBILD AAC blocks to builders, contractors, dealers, and architects.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for AAC blocks.
- Drive the adoption of AAC blocks among potential clients, including those transitioning from red bricks.
Market Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate untapped markets in Hyderabad.
- Establish and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, and architects.
Client Relationship Management:
- Regularly visit existing clients to strengthen partnerships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints and provide effective resolutions.
Promotional Activities:
- Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to create brand awareness.
- Educate clients about the technical and cost advantages of AEROBILD AAC blocks.
Market Intelligence:
- Gather data on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to devise effective sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to management on product performance and customer needs.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and payment follow-ups.
- Submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience in the construction materials or building products industry, preferably AAC blocks.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of AAC block manufacturing and benefits is a plus.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Languages: Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is preferred.
Location: Based in Hyderabad with the flexibility to travel locally.
