Job Title/Designation : Sales Specialist
Job Description :
- Deriving results by executing solutions that have a significant impact on end-user experience
- Working towards over achieving monthly and quarterly targets by increasing wallet share of existing clientele
- Working closely with Business Intelligence, Sales, Sourcing, and other cross-functional key stakeholders to achieve the experience goals
- Executing support services (internal and external) with excellence
- Resolve queries and complaints raised by Client and Partners or employees (business or tool support)
- Develop and possess sound understanding of Client's internal platforms
- Responsible for driving adoption through training, collecting feedback, working with Product teams to fix broken items, and implement new features
- Successfully driving the metrics defined for measuring experience and performance
- Solving problems based on defined solutions using data and tech first approach
- Contributing creative ideas to processes in order to overcome bottlenecks, challenges and issues
- Collaborating cross-functionally and build relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Taking complete ownership for individual results & working collaboratively within the team to drive the team's objectives
Key Objectives of the role :
- Upscale and increase wallet share of existing set of clients
- Understand clients, and be their voice in the Organization, consequently driving client happiness
- Provide superior customer service, placing heavy importance on brand experience and customer/supplier engagement/satisfaction
- Serve as the brand ambassador, developing and nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders, both external as well as internal
- Work as a team player, upholding company values and contributing to a positive working environment
- Drive complete P&L responsibility for his patch of accounts.
- Ensure Timely collections of Due receivables from the customer
