- Having hands-on implementation experience in the following D365/CRM modules : Sales Module, Marketing, Field Service, Customer Service
- Lead and participate in business process reviews.
- 3-4 full life cycle implementation covering above modules.
- Should be good in documenting the requirement, creating FDD, design document, test cases and user manuals.
- Resource should have excellent communication skill.
- US client handling is an added advantage.
- Certification in SCM modules is must.
- Experience in the manufacturing domain is an added advantage.
