Optimal Strategix Group - Inside Sales Role (2-6 yrs)
Professional Responsibilities:
- Prospecting multiple accounts with a minimum of 500 contact attempts per week
- At least 10% of the weekly contact attempts should be telephone calls to prospects
- Out of the weekly contact attempts, schedule at least 2 Phase 1 meetings with prospects
- Collaboratively work with your Business Development Executive (BDE) on account planning and customized messaging that will resonate with your prospects
- Focus on meeting weekly goals in terms of scheduling qualified meetings with prospects
- Work with your BDE to refine messaging that will resonate with your prospects
- Refine your meetings scheduled based on appropriate titles and potential opportunities
- Develop a clear plan of action and execute it flawlessly
- Show passion and willingness to grow in your role
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing (preferred)
- At least 2-5 years of industry sales experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM
- Working knowledge of lead generation tools
