OpsMx - Director - Demand Generation - Marketing (5-10 yrs)
The Director of Demand Generation/Marketing is responsible for the strategy and implementation of effective demand generation and marketing programs that meet the growth objectives of the business, with a strong emphasis on lead generation, pipeline creation, nurturing, scoring and leading the reporting and analytics used to refine and improve marketing programs and to the executive team.
The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of business ownership, acumen, leadership, agility, and communications skills and will have a passion for data analysis, metrics, and reporting.
Responsibilities :
- Drive website messaging, content (blog, marketing collateral) strategy and creation and amplification(including SEO), lead generation through webinar/landing pages and social media strategy and execution
- Drive integrated multi-channel demand generation programs. Manage day-to-day lead operations: ensure quality lead flow, optimize lead follow-up, and data quality for reporting.
- Drive marketing automation expertise across the business, with emphasis on lead nurturing, lead scoring, sales enablement, lead management, and driving funnel stage improvements (MQL, SQL, Opportunities).
- Provide reporting and actively monitor and analyze the health of marketing contribution to the sales pipeline, program ROI, customer acquisition and penetration, contact acquisition and activity.
- Drive strong sales and marketing alignment with initiatives and processes that support strong lead management, improved lead quality, and enhanced data quality
- Drive marketing database strategy, including analyzing gaps in data, contact acquisition strategy, practices that ensure data quality and measuring database health.
- Partner with the sales operations team to define data required to perform desired analyses and participate in the development of data processes to deliver required data.
Desired Skills :
- 5+ years experience in enterprise marketing and demand generation and marketing.
- Extensive experience and expertise with CRM solutions (specifically HubSpot) and Marketing Automation Tools such as Marketo
- Experience developing and implementing both inbound, content-led and outbound, account-based marketing (ABM) programs
- Experience with website messaging, event planning and product launches. Experience with handling AR/PR responsibilities desired.
- Ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to detail in execution.
- Results-driven with very strong ability to analyze quantitative data to determine program effectiveness, ROI, forecasting.
