Opinio - Area Sales Manager (1-4 yrs)
Area Sales Manager :
- KRA will be to ensure that the SE meet their target every week and fulfill their own sales quota.
- To acquire and handle key accounts and up-sell to them.
- To cover and oversee sales for about 15 clients per day.
- Daily reporting to the City Head about sales, issues and next day's targets.
- Co-ordinate with the Ops team to forecast the weekly Ground Pilot requirements for their respective areas and ensure the smooth on-boarding of partner merchants.
Qualifications :
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in sales in a semi-managerial role.
- Preferably in the logistics/food sector.
- Self-starter, adaptable, instant problem-solver and team worker.
- Management education is not required, but will be a bonus.
- Willing to work 12-14 hours a day, for 6 days a week.
- Should be able to work in a deadline-oriented and sometimes high-pressure environment.
