Operations Manager - Sales - BPO (7-10 yrs)
Position Name : Operations Manager
Education : Graduate / PG / Diploma
Experience : 5 to 6 yrs
Location : Borivali
Job Responsibilities :
- Analyze and maintain all Client Service Level Agreements.
- Responsible for expense management.
- Responsible for selecting, training, developing, and managing performance of professional.
- Candidate should currently working for past 1 year as Assistant/Operations Manager.
- Handling Team of Tele Sales executive and Team leaders and all operations report on daily basis.
- Should have experience in Voice process and driving C-Sat and NPS as deliverable.
- Should also have some experience in driving up-selling in the process.
- Minimum experience of 7 years with 4 years of minimum experience in BPO industry.
- Current span of control should be 70 associates (minimum) or FTEs.
- Should have an experience in outbound Sales process
- Should not be from an IT or Collections profile.
Required Skills:-
Candidate should have experience of BPO Outbound sales process.
- Experience of handling Team Leaders and Operations work
- Having knowledge of Real Estate field
- Excellent Communications.
- Minimum 3 Years of experience as an Operation Manager/Assistant operations manager and Overall Experience minimum 5 years in BPO Industry.
