Operations Manager - Marketing - BFS (1-2 yrs)
- To help maintain a CRM software within the Company, and having constant follow-ups with customer leads and existing customers. Collect testimonials from happy customers.
- To maintain the database of contacts, which help to generate customer leads for the company.
- To help in the Online Marketing activities of the Company, through follow-up with Marketing Team, and helping them make Blogs, Tweets, etc.
- To support Offline Marketing activities taken up by the company, from time-to-time.
- To answer calls of students, regarding any queries about courses and follow-ups, and keeping track of their progress in the course.
- To meet/follow-up with corporate clients on their training requirements and preparing training proposals, as required.
- To assist the CEO and Management to appoint/tie-up with professional experts for content development/program delivery.
- To support the Content Development team, by performing activities such as proof-reading, data collection, concept-checking, etc.
- To ensure effective running of all Company activities, as necessary from time to time
