Our Client is seeking a dynamic, passionate and energetic individual who will be able to manage the end to end of operations for an Organic Delivery Business. We are looking for an individual who will be able to shoulder responsibilities along with the founders so as to become market leaders in this nascent industry which will be across cities.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Manage end to end of online ordering process --- order taking, scheduling, fulfillment, follow up and looping it back to improve process and product offering

- Full responsibility of existing customer retention

- Proactively build and maintain customer relationships, handle customer escalations

- Provide expert advice to customers on produce

- Ensure that products received from farmers / suppliers are as per desired quality, received on time with proper documentation

- Ensure that products are graded, packed and stocked in a timely manner

- Manage operations team and ensuring adequate and efficient staffing at all times --- proactive identification of staff gaps and filling up gaps or enhancing skills

- Recruit, interview, hire, and train staff as required

- Facilitate clear communication between management and office staff

- Motivate staff and maintain a positive work environment

- Work with founders on business development and enhancement of products & customers through multiple mediums

- Adherence to business and operational targets

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- Graduation in any discipline, agri / fresh retail / ecomm background is preferred

- 4+ years- experience in retail management/ online retail companies

- Proven managerial skills
