Job Description :
- Open Brackets Learning Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced enterprise (B2B) Senior Sales Executive specializing in HR service and products. Familiarity with HR, corporate training and executive education is advantageous. This individual will hold a crucial position in driving sales growth and broadening our client portfolio.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and cultivate new clients through networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials and campaigns to effectively promote our products and services.
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure seamless execution of client projects and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills, presentation skills and proposal-making skills are prerequisites for this mail.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR products, recruitment, or talent development
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, with a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in LinkedIn reach-out and networking
- Flexibility to travel within the NCR region and to other states as and when required
