Lead Business Development


- The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity based sales quotes.


- The Business Development Executive will conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through various channels like Upwork, LinkedIn, PPH, Guru, Government Tenders, telephone, email, webinar and in person. This individual will also actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on his/her interactions with prospects.

- Have a proven track record of selling IT services to leading brands and corporate organizations

- Have a great understanding of digital services and how they can benefit clients

- Have great proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills

- Be a motivated and focused individual with great organizational and interpersonal skills

- Keep up-to-date and maintain a strong knowledge on all things digital

- Devise and execute a successful business development strategy in line with the Company's plan

- Win new business and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets

- Generate high quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts

- Develop new business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies in India

- Write compelling business proposals

- Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales

- Identify Prospective leads in the Globe region using different tools like LinkedIn etc.

- Must have experience of Bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.

- Must have experience in creating ppts, proposals for clients

- Must have knowledge of Email Marketing and data gathering.

- Must be good in communication and understanding the clients requirements.

- Must have good analytical skills.

- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts

- Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches

- Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within the client base.

- Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients.

- Make outbound follow- up calls to existing clients via telephone and email cross- sell and up- sell.

- Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.

- Demonstrated ability to convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas

- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre- call planning, call control, account development, and time management.

- Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.

- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.

- Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.

- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.

- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.

- Excellent listening skills.

- Strong written communication skills.

- Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.

- Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.

- Ability to travel and attend sales events or exhibits.

- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

- High level of integrity and work ethic.

- Experience with customer relationship management software
