Oodles Technologies - Executive - Business Development (0-1 yrs)
Looking for a candidate with following skills:
1. Good communication
2. BD in IT company
3. Bidding on upwork and other bidding platforms like freelance, guru etc.
4. Client handling
5. Have a proven track record of selling IT services to leading brands and corporate organisations
6. Have a strong network of contacts which you will use to develop new business opportunities and to establish business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies
7. Have a great understanding of digital services and how they can benefit clients
8. Be experienced in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion
9. Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in winning new business for agencies in the digital sector and dealing with high profile clients
10. Have great proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills
11. Be a motivated and focused individual with great organisational and interpersonal skills
12. Keep up-to-date and maintain a strong knowledge on all things digital
13. Devise and execute a successful business development strategy in line with the Companys plan
14. Win new business and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets
15. Generate high quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts
16. Develop new business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies in India
17. Write compelling business proposals
18. Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales
19. Identify Prospective leads in the Globe region using different tools like Linkedin etc
20. Must have experience of Bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc
21. Must have experience in creating ppts, proposals for clients
22. Must have knowledge of Email Marketing and data gathering.
