Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales/Tele Calling Expert located in Bengaluru.
- The Inside Sales/Tele Calling Expert will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with new clients, generating leads and nurturing them into active customers.
- The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various teams and use their communication skills to maintain a strong business and client relationship.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 0.6 years/ 6 months of experience working in inside sales/tele calling in any challenging industry
- Prior experience with generating high-quality leads and converting them into customers
- A dedication to providing great customer service and a passion for building strong relationships with clients
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
- The ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in the use of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in business, administration, or a related discipline is preferred
- Fluency in English and knowledge of Hindi and Kanada is a must
