Job Description :
- Lead a team of Enterprise Solution Partners responsible for new SME acquisition
- Drive daily weekly and monthly acquisition numbers
- Responsible to build weekly/monthly funnel
- Provide support to team members for conversion of difficult/complex deals and clients
- Monitor daily team metrics - Dials, connected calls, demo scheduled/conductions
- Coach and mentor team to build healthy funnel, improve conversion rates
- Develop good rapport with clients and drive referral culture in the team
- Work along with Inside Sales Manager to mitigate roadblocks, solve key critical concerns/issues to enable target achievement
- Actively manage escalations
Requirements :
- Consultative Sales/Business Development Experience
- 4-5 years of experience with at least 1-2 years in managing an inside sales team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated and ready to take ownership to deliver results
- Quick learner, adaptable to changing business need
