Trade Marketing
The objective of the Trade marketing is to develop marketing strategies that reach the target audience and oversee the operations of the trade marketing department.
Responsibilities:
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
- Responsibilities will include developing and rolling out campaigns to increase demand among supply chain partners, such as loyalty programs and new product launches
- Strategize new and more effective methods of reaching the target audience and improving brand perception
- Enthusiastic, knowledgeable reps that will engage with people and properly explain the profitability of the company's service
- Design Trade Marketing Strategy development to attain defined business objectives throughout product categories focusing on market
- Actively seek feedback from internal and external stakeholders to improve the effectiveness and impact of activities
- Work closely with the BU and Sales teams to implement the right campaigns for the markets Ensure effective execution of engagement plans across channels to drive sales
- Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- Enable field sales team and channel partners to execute programs to deliver superior outputs
Desired candidate profile:
- Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in Trade Marketing
- Should have strong communication skills and also should be able to evaluate and understand marketing trends and data and must be passionate about the vision of their marketing ventures
- Strong communication skills in English and local language and also interpersonal skills
