OnsiteGo - Territory Incharge - Sales (5-11 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Implement defined strategic plans at ground level
- Generate lead, meet prospective clients and onboard them
- Lead activation efforts across the territory
- Establish relationships with key personnel at HSG in the territory
- Plan local promotional events to establish the brand, increase customer connect and drive revenues
- Directly manage promoters, local events and local agencies
- Provide customer feedback on product and service delivery
Key Result Area :
- Revenue from AMC products and performance against budget
- On time and effective execution of plans
- Network expansion and management
- Local relationship management
- Compliance with corporate policies and guidelines
Key Requirements :
- Experience in B2C sales, especially in service segment
- Local market understanding and experience in on ground activation
- Team handling skills
- Good communication skills: Local language
