OnsiteGo - State Sales Head (8-15 yrs)
Job Brief
Key Responsibilities / Duties :
- Onboard potential shops/ dealers/ chains to grow business and drive productivity from stores with the help of Area Sales managers
- Work closely with Channel partners and maintain good relationships.
- Effectively lead the team of ASM and manage performance of the whole region/State.
- Ensure structured product and process training
- Market and competitor tracking and reporting
- Data driven engagement with sales partners at Zonal/Regional level
- Set up sales target and sales strategy in the region with the help of relevant data
- Proactively cultivate new business and uncover sales opportunities within geographic territory.
- Grows and expands the partner sales as per regional target.
- Provide value-added ideas and support ASM in growing their productivity.
- Control and manage sales points efficiency and should control fake claims.
- Maintain an awareness of all promotions.
- Liaison with the marketing team to deploy POSMs for every promotion and new products.
- Check the compliance of ASM/Dealers following the Company's regulations about working at POS.
- Regular meeting with business partners.
Job profile / Requirements :
- Min 9 to 15 Year Experience in Sales/Distribution/ Telecom/ Channel Management/ Retail
- Should be graduate but will prefer MBA degree holder candidate
- Excellent communication skill & should be very good orator
- Research the market for training programs and recommend suitable training for sales staff
- Supports training financial objectives by recommending budget items; controlling costs
- Grows and expands the partner sales as per company's target
- Good understanding of the retail market and competition in relevant regions.
- Contribute towards the achievement of company's strategic and operational objectives
- Extremely strong sales aptitude - with a desire to drive and move market share.
- Strategic thinking in sales and business development.
- Coaching and management talent. Strong listening and communication skills.
- Ability to influence others & to take a dominant role.
- Computer literate (MS Office esp. Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Preferable candidates from Mobile or Mobile accessories background into Distribution Channel.
