Onsitego - Manager - CRM & Search Engine Optimization (4-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the website and other internet properties are optimized to attract and engage visitors that closely match the target audience
- Build systems and protocols internally that ensure all content is optimized across all platforms and user experiences (websites, mobile, social, video, blogs, etc)
- Perform in-depth keyword research and analysis
- Promote both offsite and onsite activities and also the interactions that build ranking, profile and traffic
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals - general and keyword specific
- Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting on projects
- Assist in development and execution of communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with SEO goals
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools
- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
- Split-testing similar pages
- Help set, and work to, performance indicators for SEO that everyone understands and which complement overall marketing and business objectives
- Work closely with the business teams to align goals for content marketing
- Define segmentation of customer base & map the entire customer journey and identify opportunities to proactively engage with them
- Set up workflows such as welcome/onboarding sequence, cart abandonment, lead nurturing, re-engagement, upsell or cross-sell, feedback, etc. boost customer engagement and the overall customer experience
- Improve customer retention and drive initiatives to increase life time value of the customer base
- Drive revenue by upselling and cross-selling on existing customer base
- Manage marketing automation efforts and processes
- Ensure a rapid pace of split (A/B) testing and experiments to optimise key performance metrics (conversion rate, sales growth, campaign ROI); analyse findings, and deploy winners
Professional Skills and Experience:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in SEO and 2 years of experience in CRM
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tool
- Experience working with popular tools Google analytics, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, SEM Rush, Moz, ahrefs, SpyFu, Yoast, Webmaster, DareBoost, Google search console
- Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in CMS environments
- Desired: Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations
- Proven experience driving customer engagement strategies and projects from inception to program development and optimization
- Prior experience of using marketing automation tools like webenage, clevertap
- An understanding of consumer psychology and behavior
- Ability to drive qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, synthesize actionable insights, and present clear recommendations
