Onsitego - Escalation Specialist - Customer Service (3-12 yrs)
- Managing Escalation's promptly with end to end closure
- Handle complaints/escalations on social media /consumer court and coordinate with internal/ external teams to resolve the customers' concerns
- RCA - root Cause Analysis
- Handles escalations from customers and internal teams and ensures timely and accurate resolutions.
- Responsible for changing Customer's experience from 'irate' to 'happy' by convincing the customer for the solution offered as per the Onsite go's norms
- Collaborates with the Contact Center team and maintains up-to-date knowledge and resolutions regarding customers- issues, product problems, service questions and other general client concerns
- Resolves service problems by clarifying the customers- complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Monitor progress of incidents and work with internal stakeholder teams to ensure appropriate resources have been allocated and that resources are effectively working on the issue
- Lead by example on all fronts - Attendance and Punctuality adherence, Customer resolutions, dedication to work, complete ownership of tasks at hand and high on integrity
Experience:
- Over 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Good communication Skills
- Good coordination skills
