Mandate -

Build the CRM side of business at OnsiteGo.

- Enhance the brand in existing customers mind.

- Contribute to 20% revenues earned by 2021.

- Anything else that the person may want to pursue.

The way we understand -

1. Upsell, Cross-sell, Renew, Retain customers.

2. Create world class loyalty programs, actually useful to existing customers and attractive for prospective customers.

3. Push for newer offerings, add-ons, products, basis numbers or voice of customer

4. Marketing campaigns for engagement, sales

5. Tools, Techniques, Data etc.

If you can add a few critical items to this list, thats a good start :-)

Exciting because -

1. You get to build from scratch, no legacy.

2. Implement ideas that have worked earlier, implement your ideas which you could not pursue elsewhere.

3. Freedom and Independence in decision making and execution.

What will help -

1. 5+ years of proven CRM experience.

2. MBA helps.

3. Data-based decisioning is critical.

4. Ability to work out fuzzy situations.
