OnsiteGo - Creative Art Director/Graphic Designer (8-14 yrs)
Job Purpose :
This role will include illustrations, layouts, full blown content heavy creatives, print assets, animation, social media creatives and more. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.
Responsibilities :
- Understand design briefs and determine requirements
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
- Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriters
- Develop creative briefs based on ideas established in brainstorming sessions with creative team
- Develop illustrations, offline assets, online assets.
- Ideate and create Video animation and gifs
- Take work from concept to final execution within short timelines
- Manage and delegate responsibilities within the team of graphic designers
Desired candidate profile:
- 8+years of graphic design experience with B2C companies
- A strong portfolio
- Fluency with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc)
- Attention to detail is the key
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
