Onsitego - Area Sales Manager (4-10 yrs)

Role Summary :

The ASM is accountable for Sales/Revenue growth from the number of stores assigned. An ASM builds and maintains strong relationships with the store owners, increases sales from the current stores and improves product penetration

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Excellence :

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them, visiting their stores regularly and understanding their needs

- Leverage OnsiteGo's unique value proposition to shape opportunities for the customer and increase share of revenues from the assigned stores

- Monitoring daily sales calls to ensure acquisition of potential customers for high value Current Accounts

- Identifying & generating leads for new stores and adding them to the portfolio

- Maintaining, activating & retaining customers for achieving and increasing sales revenue

- Imparting & refreshing product knowledge to ensure complete updated product awareness

Process Excellence :

- Review daily sales reports

- Visit stores and clients regularly and maintain relations with them

- Regularly monitor sales trends, market dynamics and incorporate into existing account strategy and plan

- Prepare and make presentations to clients on products and company communication/roadmap

- End-to-End coordination for campaigns and incentive drives and pass on the benefits to stores

Finance Excellence :

- To achieve the defined sales target defined for the Area (stores)

- Drive the defined incentive plans for the clients

People Excellence :

- Participate in the identified Sales training required

- Actively contribute and encourage team to participate in various organizational activities held time-to-time on different occasions at Onsitego

- Guide and coach colleagues to provide situational solutions to the customers and ensure that the loop is closed even in and event when other departments are involved
