Onsite - Executive - Telesales (1-3 yrs)

Job Description

We intend to provide our customers with the best possible customer service experience (24- 7). We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive in our team to do the sales and solve customer queries if any.

- Your primary focus will be to understand the customer needs and ensure the customers do not get stuck anywhere in the journey and collect feedback to provide input to the product development team. This is a unique opportunity to work very closely with the founders and be a part of an exciting growth journey.

Responsibilities

- Ensure customer need analysis and plan recommendation

- Ensure leads conversion

- Attending customer queries over the phone and providing solutions through calls and social media

- Take feedback from customers about different features of the product and answer any questions they might have

- Keeping track of all customer interactions

Skills : 

- Good communication skills in Tamil, Kannada, Telugu and Malayalam(any 2).

- English is must.

- Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets knowledge is a must

- Previous experience in customer service and telesales profile will be an added advantage
