Online Sales Role - Financial Services (5-15 yrs)
Seeking to hire someone into Online Sales/Web Sales role with one of the Financial Services firm.
- Basically who has managed partnership, aggregator or distribution channel.
Position based out at Mumbai.
KRA's :
- Set up new relationships with partners.
- Look at end-to-end go live of the partner for the business.
- Provide product expertise and process know how when dealing with prospective partners.
- Smooth On boarding of new partners
- Ensure effective and smooth relationship with assigned partners for growth of business.
- Influence decision making at all levels for prospective and current partners.
- Maximise the share of business with the partner.
- Participate in discussions to value add in the needs based consultative process to help meet the distributors- financial goals
- Mapping opportunities with each distributor, looking at incremental opportunities through campaigns, cross-sell or new products.
- Monitoring performance of the distributor on ongoing basis.
Coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure a robust engagement with the distributors.
- Be on top of the administrative, process or payment related issues with distributor.
- Establish a mechanism for timely and comprehensive resolution of distributor queries.
- Get internal alignments and readiness for campaigns, new launches or new initiatives.
- Ensure co-ordination between various cross functional stakeholders to maintain smooth functioning of the channel.
Financial Services Product expertise is compulsory.
