Online Response Management Role (1-3 yrs)
- Responsible for review management/review reach out on Website, Amazon & Flipkart
- Responsible for customer support responses to customer queries on mail / on-call
- Social Media Listening & monitoring experience will be ideal
- Should have the ability to identify critical social posts as well as patterns emerging from posts
- Focused on delivery
- Attention to detail and high on rigor, Expected to work contribute individually on modules of a project
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Requirement :
- Should have exposure of working on D2C (Direct to Consumer)/B2C (Business to Consumer) brands E-commerce websites
Skill Required :
- Good MS Excel skills and exposure to working on Google docs or G-suite
- Hands-on experience of Social Media and ORM tools will be useful
- Should understand social media platforms and the ability to grasp their key elements
- Good command over English
- Enthusiastic, displaying energy, drive, and stamina
