Job Description (ORM Specialist)

- Responsible for coordinating with 3rd party review management site to remove wrong/defamatory reviews/feedback.

- Resolve negative online feedback and turn them to either positive or neutral and thus help mitigating negative impact.

- Responsible for creating a quality filled ORM plan for any customer/client.

- Responsible for analyzing the client's reputation online before actual start of ORM work.

- Work on building customer centric image across channels

- Build relationship with bloggers or forums for building online PR.

- Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and application.

- Replying to queries and complaints on different platforms.

- Day to day activities of tagging and response management are to be done efficiently.

- Bucketing feedback from online users in the most effective way.

- Generating reports and analyzing them

- Responding to Customers Queries and Complaints

- Perform real time tracking.

- Manage work efficiently, generate ideas collaboratively with the team.

- Manage and create content on a variety of complaints, queries or request.

- Responsible for understanding the customer and draft a response accordingly.

- Maintaining reports on a frequent basis.

- Taking care of all deliveries of the client.

- Package content for Client and Customer for Social Communication.

- Content Sharing and Optimization on different URLs.

Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong grammatical knowledge and keen attention to detail.

- Must know to Remove / Repair / Hide negative comments / reviews on web.

- Strong research skills.

- Should have worked with paid services to remove or hide any comment.

- Should be aware how to Resolve Customer feedback / complain

- Deep knowledge of Social media analysis.

- Must know developing Social strategies.

- The ability to collect and analyze data volumes to derive the right insights.

- Team worker as well as ability to work independently.

- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms.

- Must have achieved ORM for at least a single client.

- A comprehensive grasp of social media communication and marketing.

- Tracking developments in client's social media accounts.

- Graduate from a recognized university/college.

- Experience of 1-4 years.
