Online Reputation Analyst/Digital Marketing Executive - Travel (2-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Closely work with the online marketing team to manage the overall growth of the brand
- Monitor online brand reputation and connect directly with our guests on multiple platforms including Google Playstore and travel portals like Booking.com, Goibibo, etc.
- Coordinate with multiple teams within the organization for better guest experience and building a valuable tech-enabled brand.
- Report and escalate critical reviews to the customer delight team and higher management as needed
Candidate must possess :
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Confident and amicable interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain networks internally and externally
Qualification:
- The ideal candidate should be a Graduate in English/Journalism/related subject.
Experience:
- The desired candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in brand reputation management.
