Online Instruments - Manager - Business Development (5-8 yrs)
We are seeking a skilled and strategic Business Acquisition resource to lead our efforts in acquiring new business opportunities and expanding our client base.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective strategies to identify, engage, and convert potential clients into long-term partners.
- This role requires a combination of sales expertise, market knowledge, and relationship building skills to drive business growth and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business acquisition strategy aligned with company objectives and target markets.
- Identify and prioritize target sectors, industries, and potential clients for business development efforts.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients to introduce company products or services, articulate value propositions, and schedule meetings or presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and senior management, to tailor solutions and proposals to client needs and preferences.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations, leveraging trust and rapport to drive successful outcomes.
- Provide ongoing account management and support to new clients during the onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to anticipate challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and expand professional networks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data and market dynamics.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional outcomes.
