Online Instruments - Manager - B2B Sales/Business Development (6-8 yrs)
We are seeking a skilled and strategic Business Acquisition resource to lead our efforts in acquiring new business opportunities and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective strategies to identify, engage, and convert potential clients into long-term partners. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, market knowledge, and relationship building skills to drive business growth and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business acquisition strategy aligned with company objectives and target markets.
- Identify and prioritize target sectors, industries, and potential clients for business development efforts.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients to introduce company products or services,
articulate value propositions, and schedule meetings or presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and senior management, to tailor solutions and proposals to client needs and preferences.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations, leveraging trust and rapport to drive successful outcomes.
- Provide ongoing account management and support to new clients during the onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to anticipate challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and expand professional networks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data and market dynamics.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional outcomes.

- Proficiency in business PPT presentation.
- Experience in AV industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed
