We are looking for highly motivated and result oriented individual for our fast growing Database Management & RIM Monitoring company (MySQL Support, Postgres Support, Oracle Support, MS SQL, Server Support, DB Recovery Support, DB Installation and Configuration Support) based in USA (Connecticut) and India (Noida) The person will be responsible for generating business through online bidding on Upwork, Guru, PPH, fiverr etc.

What do you need to have?

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Comfortable in communicating with clients via email/Call/Skype.

- Experience/knowledge in Bidding on Upwork, Elance, guru, ODesk etc.

- Proven track record in business development.

- Good selling attitude, target oriented & able to work independently.

- Proficient in Proposal writing, keeping follow-ups, Requirement Gathering.

- Self-starter and self-motivated individual

- Good Social Media connections such as on LinkedIn, Facebook etc.

What you need to do?

- Responsible for Online Bidding on Upwork, Elance, GURU Freelancer etc. portals.

- Good experience in handling International clients.

- Must be proficient in proposal writing, keeping follow-ups, communication link between the development team & clients.

- Generates leads for MySQL Support, Postgres Support, Oracle Support, MS SQL, Server Support, DB Recovery Support, DB Installation and Configuration Support through websites like Elance, Guru, Odesk etc.

- Understanding and obtaining the needs of the clients, preparing various presentations.

- Work on the cold calling and email leads.

- Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies.

- Achieving business targets.

- Identifying new market and business line.

- Target would be given according to salary.
