Job Description :

- We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Online Bidder to join our team. As an Online Bidder, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities through various online platforms, such as freelancing websites, social media, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and Research Opportunities : Conduct research to identify potential clients and projects that align with our company's services and capabilities.

- Bid Management : Prepare and submit compelling proposals, bids, and quotes to prospective clients.

- Client Communication : Engage with clients to understand their project requirements, offer solutions, and address any queries or concerns.

- Negotiation : Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract agreements with clients to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.

- Market Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and emerging opportunities.

- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and technical teams to provide accurate information for project estimation and development.

- Maintain Documentation : Keep records of all interactions with clients, bids submitted, and project details.

- Achieve Targets : Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets set by the company.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as an Online Bidder in the IT industry or a related field.

- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in using online bidding platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH,Fiverr) and other digital marketing channels.

- Ability to create persuasive proposals and presentations.

- Negotiation and client relationship management skills.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and organised.

- Results-oriented and capable of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
