OnGrid - Specialist - Inside Sales (0-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Develop business leads & establishing relationships.
- Understand, update, and maintain contracts.
- Document lead information and contacts in organizational databases.
- Research and target new accounts and leads within organizations.
- Be an expert in the products and communicating their value and utility.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
- Prepare a telephonic pitch for upcoming salesforce.
Experience and Skills desired :
- Minimum 0-2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in any IT platform
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in B2B Sales is preferred
- Sales of Background Verification (BGV) platform/services or Staffing / Recruitment platform/services a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) mandatory
- The structured, scientific and disciplined approach in business development a must
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus
- Proficiency in using Google slides, docs, spreadsheets, and MS Office required.
