- OnGrid is India's fastest growing digital trust platform offering verifications, background checks, and references checks for onboarding employees, contractors users, merchants, customers, etc. Founded by IIT-B alumni, OnGrid has completed more than 100+ million checks across 3000+ happy clients.

- At OnGrid, we are focused on redefining and reimagining trust and accountability. Our platform and digital locker infrastructure (eLockr) would enable organizations to verify credentials instantly, and as much as possible, directly via issuing source.


- Having built the basic pillars of trust (and creating a profitable venture with 200+ full-time people in the process), we now want our imagination to be let loose and think of avenues never explored, and execute in ways never implemented before.

- Seeking a dynamic candidate for a senior management position in our Founder's Office. You will collaborate with our founders to drive strategic growth and success, focusing on client experience, methodology evolution, compliance, certifications, and other strategic projects. This will cut across the three product lines we offer - OnGrid, eLockr, Gridlines.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify, target, and secure partnerships with GCCs.

- Build and maintain C-level relationships within GCCs to unlock long-term growth opportunities.

- Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.

- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that align with GCC needs.

- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to position OnGrid as a trusted partner for GCCs.

- Achieve and exceed revenue targets while fostering sustainable relationships.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on partnerships or enterprise-level sales.

- Deep understanding of the GCC landscape, with an established network in the sector.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives with measurable results.

- Experience in SaaS, technology solutions, or digital trust services is a strong plus.
