Onextel Media - Executive - Social Media (1-2 yrs)
Manage the social media team and meticulously oversee daily posts and stories
- Plan the Social Media calendar every week
- Creating posts to meet specific objectives (engagement, follows, website clicks)
- Write and edit Content/captions for Social media
- Manage and oversee collaborations on social media
- Actively participate in ideation, conceptualization, and execution of all videos and reels
- Plan actionable social media content strategies to ensure consistent growth for the brand
- Supervise and ideate with the social media team on a daily basis
- Plan and execute all promotions on Instagram
- Tracking and effectively interpreting Instagram analytics every month
- Creating social media marketing strategies for clients
- Ideate and execute social media campaigns on special days (Mother's Day, Diwali etc) in collaboration with the team
Qualifications :
- 1+ years of experience in managing a social media account
- Awareness of the latest trends in pop culture, lifestyle, and entertainment
- Flexibility to work outside of official timings, if required Some experience in videos is preferred
- Strong command of the English language
- Quick thinking to use trends on social media to the maximum capacity
- In-depth knowledge of the most widely used social media platforms
