We seek a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our sales team. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities. Working Days : Mon-Sat

Detailed Job Description :


1. Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads and drive sales.

2. Identify and qualify potential clients through research and effective questioning.

3. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, tracking interactions in CRM software.

4. Present product information and benefits, addressing objections and highlighting unique selling points.

5. Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop effective strategies and campaigns.

6. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

7. Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects to establish trust and credibility.

8. Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products.

9. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.

Required Skills :

1. Proven experience in outbound sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets (Freshers can apply).

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust.

3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to handle objections and close sales.

4. Highly motivated, target-driven, and competitive mindset.

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with sales, marketing, and support teams.

6. Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle high volumes of leads.

7. Strong problem-solving abilities to analyze customer needs and recommend solutions.

8. Self-disciplined and resilient to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

9. Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices, including cold calling and closing strategies.
