Oneture - Executive - Inside Sales - Software Vertical (1-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- To assist Founder/CEO/Business Development lead in Lead Generations / Outbound and Inside Sales in Selling Technology / Solutions for the US market
- Thorough understanding of SMAC/Digital technologies and trends and product/platform development processes, selling to Startups and mid-market BFSI/FinTech customers experience is a major plus
- To generate new business through various online and offline channels, client prospecting through acquisition
- Research and navigate target companies/ organizations to identify decision-makers, sponsors, influencers and the right contacts
- Understand the client's needs, requirements, pain points and opportunities and effectively communicate the value propositions
- Require to reach out directly to the Founders/Entrepreneurs, CXOs, SVPs, Directors etc. and set up meetings/appointments for the US/India market
- Demonstrated lead generation expertise, should be open to making cold calls
- Working closely with leadership and solution delivery teams to collaborate and come up with creative ideas to speed up the closing of deals, preparing bids/pitch decks and contracts, responding to customer needs and managing the sales process from opportunity identification to customer sign off
- Build trusted relationships with customers
- Self-driven and an enthusiastic flair for sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT Experience / BTech Computer Science / MBA Systems will be an added advantage
