- OnePlus is seeking a young, enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Associate to join our India team to drive and support local campaigns and activities.
- Perform the role of the product Expert
- To achieve the daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- To meet and improve conversion ratios on a continuing basis
- To increase the average transaction value per customer by moving the customer up the value chain during the selling process
- To encourage multiple product sales by effective cross-selling across sub-categories
- Enhance conversion ratios and average transaction values through satisfactory consumer counselling.
- To understand customers- needs and expectations
- To map products and services to customer's needs and need gaps.
- To ensure that the complete set of customer's needs are met starting from enquiry to closure of the
- To ensure customer grievances, if any, are effectively addressed and resolved
- To satisfy customer needs and expectations in terms of advance product information.
- To create repeat customers through building customer relationships.
- Participate in market surveillance activities
- Constantly seek to update own knowledge of products within the sub-category
- Participate in the regular Training programs to enhance functional and behavioural skills.
- Maintain an effective and consultative selling approach.
- Creation of add-on product/service offerings
