Role Brief :
- Lead planning and execution of all digital marketing including SEO/SEM, database, email, and social media marketing, display advertising.
- Own user acquisition and traffic generation across digital channels including SEO, Paid, Social, Blogs, emailers, and Newsletters.
- Manage marketing creatives development and deployment for all digital campaigns (web content, landing pages, ads, copy).
- Provide effective feedback on creatives, copy, and campaigns. Giving actionable feedback on content & design for continuous performance improvements.
- Measure, track, and optimize on channel and program performance to consistently achieve and exceed key brand and growth KPIs including reducing costs & optimizing CPMs / CTRs / PPC / and ROAS parameters.
- Constantly test new strategies to scale campaigns and improve return on marketing investment.
- Manage budgets and platform mix to achieve volume and efficiency goals.
- Promote growth through new targeting and bidding improvements, using data to find new profitable segments, and testing into new platforms, channels, and ad units.
- Monitor and report on website performance, page speeds, schema validation, HTML status codes, and drive landing page optimisation.
- Present key learnings weekly, monthly, and quarterly with larger team, perform regular keyword research and report on rankings.
Key Skills :
- 5+ years of experience and at least 2 years of experience with Facebook/Insta and Google paid campaigns with proven experience creating, executing and continually optimising successful paid marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, and native analytics in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager, MS Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, or other DM tools.
- Strong SEO orientation with experience of Website SEO management for eCommerce Brand, basic understanding of HTML.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and Social DNA.
