OneDios - Executive - Telesales (2-3 yrs)
Tele Sales Executive :
- As a Consumer Durables Extended Warranty Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to sell extended warranties for consumer durables such as appliances, electronics, and other household items.
Key Responsibilities :
- Initiate outbound sales calls to prospective customers to pitch extended warranties for their consumer durables.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the extended warranty offerings for various consumer durables and effectively communicate the benefits to customers.
- Engage with customers courteously and professionally, actively listening to their needs and addressing any concerns or objections they may have.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to each customer's needs and preferences, emphasizing the value proposition of extended warranties.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the sales manager or team leader.
- Effectively manage leads generated through various channels, follow up with potential customers, and maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
- Close sales by persuasively overcoming objections, negotiating terms, and securing commitments from customers to purchase extended warranties.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies governing sales practices, data protection, and consumer rights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the market and enhance sales effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in the consumer durables or insurance sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and engaging communication style.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills, with the ability to effectively influence customer decisions.
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
