Job Description

Job Location: Bangalore

Ideal to have: Fintech Training Experience

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for training and facilitation both in Hindi and English language.

- Responsible for bringing in new and innovative ideologies in facilitating training sessions.

- Responsible for taking ownership in terms of solving issues of the Agents through training.

- Responsible for communicating and collaborating with all the Stakeholders at ZET.

Requirements :

- Post Graduate or Graduate with strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills both in Hindi and English language.

- Proficiency in Powerpoint, MS Word & MS Excel.

- Proficiency in conducting Virtual Training Sessions (VILT) on Zoom Platform.

- 3 to 4 years of training experience in the Fintech domain would be preferable.

- Any certification related to training would be an added advantage.

Proficiency in designing Powerpoint Presentations.

- Quick learner.

- Can join immediately.

- Monday to Friday, 1st Saturday and 5th Saturday working
