Skills and Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a sales executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing deals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven mindset.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in real estate software and CRM tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or related field is preferred.
